A Private Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) lets you use solar energy with zero upfront investment. Pac Energy installs, owns, and operates the solar system on your rooftop or land. You simply buy the electricity generated at a fixed rate (₹3.5–5.5/kWh) — significantly lower than grid tariff. We handle all maintenance, insurance, and inverter replacements for the contract period (15–25 years).
In a PPA, Pac Energy owns the system and you pay per unit of electricity — zero investment required. In the CAPEX model, you purchase the system outright through our turnkey EPC service. CAPEX gives you 100% ownership, accelerated depreciation benefits (40% in Year 1), and all energy savings are yours. PPA is better for preserving working capital; CAPEX delivers higher long-term ROI.
Under Lease-to-Own, you make fixed monthly lease payments for 5–7 years. During this period, energy savings from your solar system offset most or all of the lease cost. At the end of the lease term, full ownership of the system transfers to you — giving you free electricity for the remaining 18–20 years of the system's life. It combines low initial cost with the benefits of eventual ownership.
EMI-on-Bill converts your electricity expense into structured payments for a solar asset. You pay 25% upfront and the rest as monthly EMIs for 5 years. The EMI is designed to be less than your current electricity bill, so you save from month one. After 5 years, you own the system completely and enjoy 20+ years of virtually free electricity. Available for 1 kW to 500+ kW systems.
Yes — that's our Hybrid PPA + Buyout model. You start with a Private PPA at zero investment, enjoy immediate savings, and get to experience the system's performance. After 5–7 years, you have the option to purchase the system at its residual value. This de-risks your decision and gives you a flexible path from zero investment to full ownership.
